TL;DR
Principal Solution Consultant (Fintech): Architecting and selling enterprise SaaS solutions on the Experian Ascend Platform for Malaysian banks and alternative lenders with an accent on credit risk, analytics, data management, and decisioning. Focus on originating multi-million-dollar deals, designing complex system architectures, scaling presales practices, and positioning GenAI, ModelOps, and real-time decision engines.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; hybrid home-and-office arrangement

What you will do

  • Drive enterprise product sales and technical adoption of the hirify.global Ascend Platform across Malaysia.
  • Develop and scale the presales practice, including methodologies, reusable assets, communication approaches, and use-case-driven frameworks.
  • Lead executive consultative selling, proactive deal origination, client workshops, and business cases for multi-million-dollar SaaS investments.
  • Architect end-to-end SaaS solutions spanning data ingestion, analytics, credit risk modeling, ModelOps deployment, and real-time decisioning.
  • Position GenAI assistant capabilities for coding, model documentation, analytical insights, and risk-decisioning workflows.
  • Author technical proposals, system architecture blueprints, data-flow diagrams, and RFP/RFI responses while partnering with sales and analytics teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, presales, solution consulting, and/or product management within a technology-led financial software business.
  • Deep consultative selling experience with Malaysian Tier-1/Tier-2 banks or non-traditional lenders and established C-level relationships.
  • Experience independently originating large-scale enterprise deals and building or scaling presales methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk, automated underwriting, financial fraud technology, regional procurement, data security, and Malaysian financial regulations.
  • Working-level expertise in enterprise cloud-native SaaS, big data environments, real-time APIs, risk modeling, machine learning pipelines, ModelOps/MLOps, Python/R data pipelines, and enterprise LLM frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate with both C-suite stakeholders and technical leaders, and to facilitate innovation and design-thinking processes.
