Manager, Above Market (Consumer Insights)

Salary: MYR 87,600–184,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as a senior strategic advisor to regional and local clients across Asia.
• Lead C-suite conversations, client workshops, and strategic consulting engagements.
• Develop thought leadership, frameworks, and presentations for APAC FMCG and retail markets.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support growth and transformation.
• Identify and convert consulting opportunities with commercial, analytics, and country teams.
• Own client experience outcomes, including relationship health, NPS, and retention.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, insights, or analytics.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer sectors, or retail measurement is preferred.
• Proven experience leading senior client engagements and influencing decision-makers.
• Experience driving revenue growth, upselling, or pipeline creation.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and developing managers.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills across cultures and markets.
