What you will do

• Manage incoming goods, including quantity control and registration in the ERP system.
• Process outgoing goods through picking, administrative handling, and shipment preparation.
• Coordinate transports via portals and maintain communication with carriers.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse indicators to develop action plans for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Collaborate on defining and documenting standardized material handling flows.
• Identify bottlenecks and support the design of optimized TO-BE workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of or interest in Lean Manufacturing, Pull systems, and Kanban logistics.
• Initial experience or academic exposure to industrial operations and logistics (e.g., internships or projects).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with Power BI.
• Must be able to work onsite in Frosinone, Italy.
