What you will do

• Drive social responsibility initiatives and improve working conditions across the Italian supplier network.
• Onboard suppliers and subcontractors through audits, factory visits, and training.
• Participate in social audits and validate corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance and training on grievance mechanisms, living wages, and gender equality.
• Monitor and benchmark social sustainability developments within Italy.
• Verify production set-ups, subcontracting structures, and traceability.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, social responsibility, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of social compliance and fashion supply chains.
• Experience conducting social audits or working in a sustainability function.
• Proven project management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based remotely in Italy.
