What you will do

• Act as the primary operational manager for 3PL and last-mile activities in the local market.
• Monitor partner capacity and performance daily to ensure strict adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Manage daily inbound order flows, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Maintain flawless inventory data accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock reconciliations.
• Track and approve supplier and logistics invoices to ensure timely payments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and execute tactical improvements for pick-to-order workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or retail logistics.
• Proven track record of managing 3PLs and holding external vendors accountable to strict SLAs.
• Experience with high-velocity pick-to-order fulfillment or e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with extreme attention to detail for auditing stock and financial data.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milano, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Practical experience using ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS systems.
