What you will do

• Manage the Ocean P&L for the region by scaling volume and increasing yield.
• Act as the market expert to support commercial teams with trade intelligence and customer interfacing.
• Design Ocean FCL products and create customized go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze P&L performance and generate regional reports.
• Drive volume forecasting, allocation strategies, and tender/RFQ processes.
• Build and maintain local relationships with core ocean carriers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Ocean Freight at a top freight forwarder or carrier, or 5+ years in supply chain management.
• Mandatory experience in logistics pricing and procurement.
• Proficient English, French, Spanish, and Italian required.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Valid driving license.
