What you will do

• Define and execute the global infrastructure and platforms strategy aligned with the Target Operating Model.
• Lead the transformation of legacy infrastructures into standardized, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud platforms.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices across the organization.
• Manage and lead global teams, including Infrastructure DevOps, Cloud Delivery, and Regional Infrastructure Managers.
• Control the global infrastructure budget in coordination with FinOps and Finance.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, including RFPs, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT.
• Proven expertise in multi-cloud environments, with a strong preference for Azure.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile frameworks.
• Experience leading multicultural, distributed teams and managing strategic global vendors.
• Experience in FinOps and cost optimization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI tooling for infrastructure automation delivery.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Dynatrace.
