What you will do

• Lead a unit of approximately 30 engineers across multiple teams through team leads.
• Define unit strategy, priorities, and execution plans aligned with company goals.
• Drive delivery across Marketing Automation, Bring-a-Friend, and Telesales platforms.
• Drive architecture decisions and long-term technical direction for backend services in Golang.
• Develop team leads and strengthen leadership capabilities across the unit.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations leaders to prioritize investments and maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience managing multiple teams and leading through managers or team leads.
• 4+ years of backend development experience, preferably in Golang.
• Strong technical background with the ability to drive architecture discussions and technical strategy.
• Proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
