Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation to Spain is possible.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of ten engineers across the Finance technology stack.
• Own the architecture and evolution of systems supporting Treasury, Corporate Finance, and Accounting.
• Lead integrations between NetSuite, banking partners, internal platforms, and reporting systems.
• Build data pipelines and tooling to enable Finance to operate in near real time.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business needs into clear technical delivery plans.
• Drive automation across Finance processes and engineering workflows using AI tools.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams of similar or larger size.
• Strong technical background in building and operating production systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data platforms.
• Experience with Finance systems or ERP platforms (NetSuite is a strong plus).
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
