What you will do

• Deploy and continuously improve demand planning processes for end-market, regional, and global business cycles.
• Lead scenario analysis and provide recommendations to the business to propagate growth and identify market risks.
• Build business networks between local, regional, global SCM, Sales, and Marketing to understand demand drivers.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy based on inventory rules and market trends.
• Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Review Meetings for regional and global units.
• Act as the primary point of contact for demand planning processes across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years of related working experience.
• Experience in demand forecasting and achieving consensus forecasts with commercial teams.
• Experience in end-market demand and supply planning.
• Proficiency as an SAP Key User or End User for planning.
• Prior experience participating in or leading S&OP processes with customers or commercial teams.
• Experience in distribution planning, production planning, or customer order management.
