What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and control daily scheduling and production operations.
• Optimize build plans and set priorities to ensure delivery performance and meet customer requirements.
• Support production control by analyzing BOM inventory, monitoring WIP, and tracking output.
• Identify opportunities to enhance value and improve services for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies, internal control standards, and local regulations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through consistent performance and continuous efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production planning or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
