What you will do

• Generate and manage production orders for assemblies and sub-assemblies based on build plan requirements.
• Analyze build plan requirements versus current capacity to identify and escalate constraints.
• Support the demand forecasting process and maintain production planning tools such as Rapid Response.
• Develop demand plans for new product launches while minimizing scrap from phased-out products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to align plans with market trends and capacity status.
• Monitor and report forecast accuracy, implementing action items for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning processes.
• In-depth knowledge of demand forecasting principles and their impact on downstream business areas.
• Strong quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into mathematical equations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Operations, Business, or Marketing.

• Experience working in a continuous improvement environment.
• Prior warehouse and inventory control experience within a manufacturing facility.
