What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of internal R&D and external NRE hardware projects.
• Coordinate product roadmaps, project governance, certification activities, and technical reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage engineering priorities, resource allocation, and workload planning to optimize engineering capacity.
• Oversee project budgets, financial management, and customer communication for commercial success.
• Lead team performance, recruitment support, coaching, and performance management for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferred) and formal Project Management training.
• 4 to 6 years of Project Management experience within a product development environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, Project Server, SharePoint, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with hardware design, integration, testing, and manufacturing of complex electronic products.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams and suppliers.
