What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of software projects from kickoff to client acceptance.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring budget and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, business analysts, and consultants.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across the portfolio using tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and OpenAir.
• Conduct regular client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and guide IT infrastructure preparation.
• Intentionally use AI and automation tools to enhance output quality and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably software implementations.
• Experience delivering results to external clients in a professional services (billable) context.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and project reporting skills.
• Ability to work within Central European Time (CET) hours.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management accreditation.
• Experience with SaaS implementation.
