What you will do
- Plan and execute complex production projects across the entire value chain.
- Lead new product ramp-ups by steering interdisciplinary launch teams and securing supply readiness.
- Facilitate task forces to analyze and solve critical production and ramp-up issues.
- Identify and set up new manufacturing spaces in alignment with site management and industrialization.
- Act as the central link between Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality stakeholders.
- Analyze production KPIs to derive actions and prepare decision papers for management.
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing project management, ideally in high-tech, aerospace, or automotive.
- Proven experience in leading serial ramp-ups and scaling production structures.
- Proficiency in project management methods (classical and agile) and tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
