What you will do

• Lead the delivery of physical security systems, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage the integration of CCTV, electronic access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security solutions.
• Identify and mitigate construction-related risks and manage general construction sequencing impacts.
• Monitor project financial health, including tracking budgets, costs, and margins to prevent erosion.
• Coordinate the full commissioning process of security systems, from planning and testing to client handover.
• Manage long-term client relationships, including expectations and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience driving waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates.
• Experience working with Enterprise level clients in a professional, client-facing capacity.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence is mandatory.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Experience managing large, complex technical projects within at-scale programs.
