What you will do

• Lead product development projects from early concept through production ramp-up.
• Coordinate large international cross-functional teams spanning optics, mechanics, electronics, and cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
• Support requirements management and traceability in accordance with medical standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage external development partners and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience leading new product development projects in complex technical environments.
• Experience working within R&D and/or manufacturing organizations.
• Experience with medical device standards such as FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR, and ISO 13485 is a clear advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
