Manager, Business Modelling & Strategy (Quick Commerce)

What you will do

• Build and maintain projections, unit economics, ROI cases, and scenario plans for initiatives, store formats, and commercial levers.
• Model drivers such as basket size, order frequency, cost per order, assortment mix, store throughput, and promotional spend.
• Connect individual drivers into integrated outputs for contribution, margin, and growth analysis.
• Use Excel, AI tooling, LLM-based automation, scripting, and low-code workflows to scale recurring analysis.
• Support budget planning, resource allocation, and recommendations linked to growth and profitability targets.
• Coordinate analysis, progress tracking, and follow-up for the company’s OKR process and regular financial and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity, commercial finance, or a modelling-heavy role in a high-growth operating business.
• Deep Excel knowledge and the ability to build financial models and scenarios using logical assumptions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate analytical work.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into defensible answers.
• Sound judgement when assessing estimates and interpreting financial documents, country P&Ls, and investment proposals.

Nice to have

• SQL and/or Python experience.
