Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London, UK (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Process inbound agreements, including initial review and coordination with internal legal teams.
• Prepare outbound contract drafts from templates and manage the review process with external licensors.
• Manage contractual obligations, including legal notices and providing insurance documentation.
• Handle licensor onboarding, invoice processing, and purchase order creation.
• Track contract statuses via automated workflows and report risks to the Licensing Manager.
• Act as the primary bridge between third-party licensors and the vehicle content team.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• High attention to detail for reviewing and identifying contractual risks.
• Proficiency with AirTable, 1Password, Beyond compare, IronClad, Google Suite, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with external partners.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
