What you will do

• Manage the production cycle for graphic novels, comics, and select fiction and non-fiction titles.
• Oversee print projects to ensure quality expectations, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Liaise with UK and international printers and freight companies to handle deadlines.
• Analyze stock holdings to provide strategic advice on reprints.
• Manage the Sales Operations Assistant.
• Coordinate with internal teams to capture metadata and develop production workflows.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a publishing production role.
• High-level knowledge of book production and print best practices.
• Proficiency in XML, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong project management and meticulous organizational skills.
• Permanent right to work in the UK.
