Technology Supplier & Contract Manager

Technology Supplier & Contract Manager: Managing the operational lifecycle, governance, and commercial performance of key technology partners with an accent on SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure service delivery. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of strategic technology vendors.
• Develop and maintain supplier governance frameworks, scorecards, and service review cadences.
• Hold vendors accountable for contractual commitments, SLAs, and performance targets.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and security risks related to third-party services.
• Partner with Procurement and Legal to oversee contract renewals, extensions, and exits.
• Support financial governance, budgeting, and forecasting for technology expenditure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT supplier management, vendor relationships, or technology contract management.
• Strong understanding of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) principles and post-contract governance.
• Experience working with enterprise technology environments including SaaS, cloud, and managed services.
• Knowledge of contract governance, SLAs, and performance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Technology.
• Analytical mindset with experience in risk management and financial reporting.
