TL;DR

Co-Development Graduate Placement (Gamedev): Supporting collaborative projects between hirify.global and external development partners with an accent on administration, coordination, and organization of co-development engagements. Focus on managing production milestones, coordinating hardware/software onboarding, and handling financial administration including purchase orders and invoices.

Location: Hybrid (Horsham, UK) - requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding of hardware, software, and access for external development teams.
• Monitor delivery dates and key production milestones using dedicated trackers.
• Manage financial administration, including raising purchase orders (POs) and processing receipts.
• Collaborate with Co-Development Leadership to ensure external work meets quality standards and timelines.
• Administer new vendor setups and resolve invoice discrepancies with partners and the finance team.

Requirements

• Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Degree or qualification specifically in Gaming.
• Interest in project coordination, production support, or external partner management.
• Understanding of how creative and production teams collaborate in game development.
