What you will do

• Direct and manage all aspects of development for attractions and resort facilities, from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate design decisions across ride systems, architecture, food and beverage, retail, and infrastructure.
• Oversee the qualification, procurement, and performance of contractors, vendors, and fabricators.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules to ensure objectives are met within approved targets.
• Manage project interfaces between operations, security, ticketing, and other stakeholder groups.
• Ensure all project procedures, documentation, and reporting are maintained to facilitate successful project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Creative, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale development projects, including construction and fabrication.
• Strong ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Excellent coordination skills to align creative vision with operational and commercial requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Bedford, UK.
