Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, United States (3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 40+ high-value consignor accounts as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
- Build long-term supplier relationships through proactive communication and luxury-level service.
- Execute outreach strategies to increase supplier engagement and grow inventory supply.
- Coordinate inventory-related activities and provide product insights to consignors.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Operations teams to fulfill consignor needs.
- Support inventory planning via data collection and reporting on supplier trends and challenges.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales, business development, or supplier relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and a portfolio of high-value accounts.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work toward inventory growth targets and performance KPIs.
- Must be based in or able to work in New York City to support the hybrid work model.
