Location: Must be a resident of the Greater Seattle area. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional travel to client meetings and events.
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Drive retention and identify opportunities to expand service value.
- Proactively monitor account health to spot risks and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Act as a bridge between client feedback and internal technical teams.
- Coordinate initiatives across Project Management, Sales, and Leadership departments.
- Maintain accurate client documentation, account records, and technical configurations.
Requirements
- Must be a resident of the Greater Seattle area.
- Prior experience in a B2B customer service or business development role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment with strong organizational habits.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as AutoTask or ConnectWise.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and sales teams.
