TL;DR

Agency Business Development Representative (Ecommerce): Building and growing relationships with the Shopify agency ecosystem to generate pipeline and referral revenue with an accent on outbound prospecting and partner enablement. Focus on identifying and onboarding new agency partners, managing existing relationships, and converting partnerships into revenue.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City

Salary: $100,000 OTE ($60K base + $40K commission)

hirify.global is a global marketing automation leader, and its Alia platform helps Shopify e-commerce brands grow email and SMS lists to drive revenue.

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners across the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Handle both outbound and inbound agency demos and initial discovery calls.
  • Nurture and grow relationships with existing agency partners through regular engagement.
  • Drive agency-sourced pipeline in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Run partner enablement to keep agencies updated on product positioning and referral processes.
  • Track partner performance and report on pipeline contributions.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable with frequent phone outreach.
  • Ability to build and manage a network of agencies from scratch.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

  • Interest or experience in the Shopify agency ecosystem, e-commerce, or SaaS.
