What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 40 capital clients, serving as their primary advocate and point of contact.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for credit line increases and cross-selling capital products.
- Analyze supply chain data to provide timely, targeted financial solutions to customers.
- Partner with credit and risk teams to monitor portfolio health and flag early warning signals.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and CEOs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to develop bundled freight-capital propositions.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Bellevue, New York City, or San Francisco.
- Proven experience in a client-facing, commercial role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate objections.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and driving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and commercial instinct.

- Familiarity with working capital, financial statements, or credit products.
