What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 40 capital clients, serving as their primary advocate and point of contact.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for credit line increases and cross-selling capital products.
• Analyze supply chain data to provide timely, targeted financial solutions to customers.
• Partner with credit and risk teams to monitor portfolio health and flag early warning signals.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and CEOs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to develop bundled freight-capital propositions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Bellevue, New York City, or San Francisco.
• Proven experience in a client-facing, commercial role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate objections.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and driving measurable outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and commercial instinct.
