Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland or London, England) — must be in office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Set the creative vision for Fin’s website and guide its evolution as a primary brand storytelling surface.
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of designers in London and EMEA to raise the quality and distinctiveness of their work.
• Push the boundaries of visual design, interaction, motion, and typography to move beyond familiar web patterns.
• Partner with Web, Product Marketing, Growth, and Engineering to create high-quality experiences for launches and campaigns.
• Evolve and maintain a scalable design system for the website ensuring consistency and brand coherence.
• Recruit and develop top design talent as the team grows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital, brand, product, or web design.
• 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring designers.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design craft and the ability to create distinctive digital experiences at scale.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, motion principles, typography, and responsive systems.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, Ireland or London, England for a hybrid setup (3 days/week).
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with engineers, marketers, and senior stakeholders.

• Experience in high-growth B2B, SaaS, or AI product-led companies.
• Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and modern web production constraints.
• Background in editorial design or campaign landing pages.
• Experience providing art direction for video teams.
