Lead UI/UX Designer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Lead the UX vision for current and future projects, creating wireframes, prototypes, and design briefs.
• Oversee the design process from concept to technical implementation within Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Design Directors, and Product Managers to align UI with gameplay pillars.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and scalable UX systems based on component re-use.
• Manage and mentor a team of internal and external UI/UX designers.
• Utilize player data and testing to iterate on UX flows during live operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Lead, Manager, or Director with shipped titles.
• Deep expertise in mobile development and live-service design methodologies.
• Mastery of design systems, workflows, and process.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for 2 days per week.
