What you will do
- Deliver digital products and services for UK public sector and large companies following GDS standards
- Design user-centred concepts including personas, service maps, and wireframes
- Lead design workshops and sprints with teams, stakeholders, and users
- Collaborate with user researchers to create research-based designs
- Rapidly prototype and test digital solutions with users
- Train and mentor other designers
Requirements
- Experience delivering in the UK public sector with GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments
- Strong user-centred design skills from concept to delivery
- Experience with rapid paper and digital prototyping, security, accessibility, version control, and hosting
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams on complex transformation projects
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom
- English: B2 level or higher required
Nice to have
- Proficiency with interaction design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma
- Ability to prototype in code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
