What you will do
- Lead Digital Designers producing retention marketing assets across four brands and multiple CRM channels.
- Build and maintain documented brand systems, templates, component libraries, and practical brand guidelines.
- Establish repeatable production processes, briefing standards, versioning practices, checklists, and onboarding materials.
- Structure the use of AI creative tools through brand-specific prompt libraries, reference styles, review checkpoints, and training.
- Define quality standards and track signals such as first-pass approval rate and rework volume.
- Support designers through regular 1:1s, feedback, workload planning, hiring, and onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional digital design experience and a strong portfolio of digital work.
- Experience building templates, brand guidelines, component libraries, or other repeatable design systems.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other designers; leadership experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive, and useful feedback.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools or a well-developed approach to using them effectively.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving remote environment.
