TL;DR
Design Team Lead (UI/UX/iGaming): Establishing visual systems and production standards for high-volume CRM assets across multiple brands with an accent on scalability and consistency. Focus on building component libraries, integrating AI into the creative workflow, and mentoring a remote design team to reduce rework.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Bulgaria, Georgia, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Malta, or Romania)

What you will do
- Develop and document visual systems, templates, and component libraries across multiple brands to ensure consistency.
- Establish repeatable production processes and briefing standards for CRM channels including email, push, and in-app messages.
- Structure the use of AI creative tools through prompt libraries, reference styles, and review checkpoints.
- Define quality standards and track performance metrics like first-pass approval rates and rework volume.
- Lead and mentor designers through 1:1s, consistent feedback, and workload management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proven track record of building design systems, brand guidelines, or component libraries.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other designers.
- Must be based in one of the following: Bulgaria, Georgia, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Malta, or Romania.
- Hands-on experience taming AI creative tools.
