What you will do

• Develop and document visual systems, templates, and component libraries across multiple brands to ensure consistency.
• Establish repeatable production processes and briefing standards for CRM channels including email, push, and in-app messages.
• Structure the use of AI creative tools through prompt libraries, reference styles, and review checkpoints.
• Define quality standards and track performance metrics like first-pass approval rates and rework volume.
• Lead and mentor designers through 1:1s, consistent feedback, and workload management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record of building design systems, brand guidelines, or component libraries.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other designers.
• Must be based in one of the following: Bulgaria, Georgia, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Malta, or Romania.
• Hands-on experience taming AI creative tools.
