What you will do

• Own the visual architecture by defining template systems, motion frameworks, and brand-execution standards.
• Design reusable libraries and modular components to accelerate onboarding, pilots, and expansion for large enterprises.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting to embed creative output into commercial motions.
• Translate commercial KPIs such as NRR, CSAT, and activation rates into tangible design decisions.
• Set the creative bar for the team, leading reviews and mentoring mid-level and junior designers.
• Drive the evolution of design tooling, QA, and documentation to increase team scalability and consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience in commercial or GTM-facing environments (SaaS or enterprise software).
• Proven track record of owning a design system, template library, or visual framework at scale.
• Deep fluency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to connect design execution to commercial metrics like time-to-value and retention.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London.
