Salary: $175,950 - $248,400 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing web platforms to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Lead product development by collaborating with engineering, design, research, marketing, and data teams.
• Drive AI-first product transformation by evaluating AI solutions and defining standards for AI-enabled experiences.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to platform health, user acquisition, and overall product performance.
• Leverage analytics and A/B testing to identify opportunities and guide strategic product decisions.
• Partner with engineering leadership to optimize web architecture and technical capabilities for rapid innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web product management, ideally within SaaS or product-led growth environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong expertise in designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions and automating workflows within digital products.
• Proficiency with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Amplitude or Eppo.
• Deep technical understanding of web technologies, CMS, and modern product development practices.
