What you will do

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles.
• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, the internal ATS, and local job boards.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
• Support market mapping, competitor research, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment projects.
• Participate in hiring meetings and suggest process improvements based on observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, either ongoing or recently completed, in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in an international, technology-driven environment.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous recruitment or HR internship experience.
• Background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding.
