What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and GTM roles across key APAC markets.
• Source, screen, and build pipelines of Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and conduct first-round interviews.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience within the region.
• Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience focusing on the APAC region.
• Proven track record of hiring commercial and sales roles within the Fintech industry.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin.
• English: C1 level written and spoken required.
• Strong understanding of local employment practices and talent expectations in APAC.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
