What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing.
• Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies through multiple platforms, networking events, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments, and advise hiring managers on selection decisions.
• Manage offer negotiations and provide a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use recruitment analytics to track metrics, identify market trends, and optimize hiring processes.
• Challenge hiring assumptions with evidence-based recommendations while improving recruitment speed, efficiency, compliance, and candidate quality.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally in a technology startup environment.
• Experience working directly with executives and senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong ability to use data and analytics to improve recruiting processes and provide actionable insights.
• Proven experience creating innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, offer negotiation, and complex candidate management skills.
• Ability to work with urgency, adapt strategies quickly, solve problems creatively, and manage competing priorities.
