What you will do
- Source and screen candidates for non-technical roles.
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn, the internal ATS, and local job boards.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and Lever.
- Support market mapping, competitor research, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment projects.
- Participate in hiring meetings and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, either ongoing or recently completed, in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, proactivity, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn.
- Comfort working in an international and technology-driven environment.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
