Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Tianjin, China; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Manage hiring and onboarding processes for production roles accurately, on time, and in compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Support recruitment through job advertisements, job fairs, and other sourcing activities.
• Source candidates and evaluate resumes using social media, job boards, ATS, and CRM tools.
• Conduct candidate pre-screens, provide recommendations, extend offers, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines and monitor recruiting reports and efficiency metrics.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or human resources experience, including volume hiring.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a matrixed team with strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple customers.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Tianjin, China.
