What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to offer finalization.
• Build and grow client relationships, candidate networks, and commercial opportunities through sales, business development, and market intelligence.
• Advise clients on hiring trends, talent pools, hiring strategy, employer branding, and recruitment processes.
• Support candidates with CV writing, interview coaching, career advice, and offer negotiations.
• Advise on payroll, compensation and benefits, retention strategies, and talent growth planning.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience preferred; comparable experience in human resources, sales, or account servicing may be considered.
• Strong billing performance and a track record of building long-term professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and confident in communication and relationship building.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
