What you will do

• Own and lead end-to-end programme architecture and design for a $300m+ core insurance platform transformation.
• Implement technology strategies, roadmaps, and patterns aligned with global architecture.
• Lead the establishment of reference architecture and roadmaps for assigned domains.
• Conduct technology assurance and governance in line with enterprise policies.
• Translate complex architectural topics into business and investment decisions for executive stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day design activity, chair design forums, and resolve cross-domain issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale, multi-year transformation and legacy modernisation programmes.
• Deep expertise in the insurance domain and value chain including underwriting, pricing, and claims.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Product Model) and Guidewire Cloud.
• Experience with modern insurance platforms such as Hx and Salesforce.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
