What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design capability across Business Digital Service, delivering innovative solutions for customers and operations.
- Establish and govern design principles, standards, and architectural patterns to drive scalability and reuse.
- Lead the design of repeatable technical solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.
- Oversee and direct solution architecture workstreams across major enterprise transformation programmes.
- Influence senior business stakeholders by demonstrating the transformative power of technology and products.
- Mentor, coach, and lead a team of Solution Architects to develop current and future capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proven team leadership and coaching experience within architecture or technology functions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills for defining long-term architecture direction.
Nice to have
- Architectural leadership within large-scale transformation environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce Field Service, or other digital platforms.
- Knowledge of AI technologies or AI-led service transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
- Experience in risk and dependency management.
