What you will do

• Define and execute the global BI strategy to shift the organization toward proactive, intelligence-first decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Product to align the BI roadmap with business goals.
• Oversee the modern cloud data stack, optimizing Databricks for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Unify enterprise data models to create a single, governed "Source of Truth" and eliminate data silos.
• Champion the integration of AI and advanced analytics to automate insights and improve forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a global team of engineers and analysts through organizational change and tool migrations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading global BI functions within technology companies.
• Deep technical expertise in the modern data stack, specifically Databricks.
• Experience leading distributed teams through platform migrations and organizational change.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Czechia.

Nice to have

• Strategic oversight or hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with the digital insights, market research, or programmatic space.
