What you will do

  • Support the Regional Sales Head in sales operations and general business management activities.
  • Implement and execute standardized sales management processes and coordinate regional staff initiatives.
  • Drive revenue tracking, Design Win tracking, and sales forecasting in collaboration with global teams.
  • Monitor sales targets, business performance, and controlling activities to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall sales processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Operations experience within a semiconductor company or semiconductor distribution environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Sound understanding of semiconductor business processes, sales operations, and distribution models.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, revenue analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
