What you will do

• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual effort, and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using RPA, scripts, and AI-enabled tools.
• Integrate generative AI, machine learning models, and chatbots to enhance decision-making and process performance.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation, flow diagrams, and automation specifications.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Support change management by providing training and documentation for automated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow optimization, or automation.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives from identification to optimization.
• Strong proficiency with RPA or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Experience applying AI-enabled solutions (GenAI, ML) to solve actual business problems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
