Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 4 days in office per month).

What you will do
- Implement and own AI governance frameworks and relevant policies across the organization.
- Ensure alignment of AI products and automation initiatives with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for AI systems.
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams to provide guidance on AI safety and security.
- Communicate responsible AI practices to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support reporting on AI governance activities for public disclosures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI and data protection regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
- Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including MLOps, LLMOps, or AgentOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with engineers and product managers.
- Must be eligible to work in Barcelona, Spain.
