Salary: €94,300 - €106,950

What you will do

• Build AI-native products using Spec Driven Development to guide implementation and evaluation.
• Design and implement reusable AI Skills for automation within hirify.global workflows and integrations.
• Develop evaluation frameworks (Evals) to measure the quality and reliability of AI outputs.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground probabilistic models in deterministic company data.
• Design human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows to automate complex business processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to embed AI into core user experiences and mentor peers on AI best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona or Madrid offices.
• Proven experience building real AI-powered systems or workflows in production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across backend, frontend, or ML.
• Product-first mindset with the ability to design complete user experiences.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and general system design.
• Ability to iterate fast and experiment with new AI tools and technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, MCP, or other AI protocols.
