What you will do

• Define and own the overall AI roadmap and unified strategy across multiple domains.
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures suitable for production.
• Hire, mentor, and grow teams and technical leaders across various AI streams.
• Translate business requirements into practical and impactful AI solutions.
• Establish best practices for data handling, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, risk, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple teams or domains in AI, ML, or data-driven engineering.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML systems and production deployments.
• Experience building and scaling technical directions from scratch.
• Solid understanding of scalable system and platform design.
• English: B2 level or higher required for international collaboration.
