What you will do

• Support the development and execution of enterprise IT strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current IT landscapes, processes, and capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the creation of strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive consensus and strategic alignment.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Strategy, Business Analysis, or Technology Transformation roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into strategic technology recommendations.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with IT frameworks and industry best practices.
• Must be located in the USA
