Salary: $88,400 – $132,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Explore AI, automation, and cloud technologies to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Analyze customer trends, adoption metrics, and business performance to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and frameworks to help leaders make informed strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams.
  • Drive high-impact projects that improve how the organization engages and grows customer relationships.
  • Present recommendations and strategic ideas to business leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–4 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or research.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Morrisville, North Carolina (Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Passion for technology, AI, data, and solving complex business challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, fast-paced teams.
