Salary: $88,400 – $132,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Explore AI, automation, and cloud technologies to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Analyze customer trends, adoption metrics, and business performance to derive actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and frameworks to help leaders make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams.
- Drive high-impact projects that improve how the organization engages and grows customer relationships.
- Present recommendations and strategic ideas to business leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or research.
- Must be based in or able to work in Morrisville, North Carolina (Hybrid).
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Passion for technology, AI, data, and solving complex business challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, fast-paced teams.
