Salary: $100k – $115k OTE

What you will do
- Implement an AI enablement strategy across Americas business units to drive awareness, adoption, and measure ROI.
- Provide first-line technical and operational support for internal Generative AI tools to accelerate adoption.
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and documentation for various personas and skill levels.
- Guide users in structuring effective prompts and building AI agents to optimize day-to-day workflows.
- Analyze existing business processes to propose and implement AI-driven solutions for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with global IT and regional leaders to ensure the AI roadmap aligns with strategic goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Chelmsford, MA office.
- 5+ years of experience in technology enablement, IT, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
- Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering and ethical implications.
- Proficiency with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
- Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating and deploying AI agents and integrating AI into platforms like Salesforce, Jira, or Power Automate.
Nice to have
- Specific focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI integration.
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor.
